I have had the pleasure of teaching Family and Consumer Science (FACS) in Pulaski, Wisconsin, since 2002. Courses I may teach include Foods for Life, Baking & Pastry Arts, Tastes of Culture, Food Science, Culinary Arts 1 (ProStart Level 1), Culinary Arts 2 (ProStart Level 2), Sanitation in Nutrition (ServSafe), and Nutrition in Culinary Arts. In addition to teaching, I am also our school's ProStart advisor, the National Restaurant Association's student organization. I am very passionate about Pulaski's High School's Family and Consumer Science program that I share with Mrs. Lichon and Mrs. Walters.
