TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hi there! I have taught various levels (special populations to gifted) Chemistry in Texas. I am currently pursuing a masters in Chemistry. I love seeing students get excited about science. These resources stem from my desire to make learning colorful, vivid, and exciting! I hope these resources help you!

MY TEACHING STYLE

What I enjoy about teaching science is opportunity to help children rediscover how to think critically and be curious about the world around them. I enjoy having Socratic discussions, discussions on current topics in Chemistry (and relating them back to the core unit), laboratories, projects, escape room activities, and review games in class. When teaching, I believe in the power of the "I do, we do, you do" method.
