I have experience teaching 4th grade,3rd grade, VPK, and substituting every aspect of elementary schools from assistants to the ESE department to related arts to grades Pre K through 5th.
If you were to come into my classroom, you'd see whole group instruction to small group instruction and even one on one help. You'd see guided and independent practice. There's interactive notebooking, foldables, coloring, cutting, pasting, and discussions happening throughout each day. I have started incorporating ongoing projects for my students to work on when they have free time which seems to be having a very positive affect on my classroom.

I graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2008 with a BA in Elementary Education.
I live in sunny Florida where the seasons don't change much unless you know it's snowbird season when people from up north come to stay for a few months during the winter in which there's more traffic and the wait is longer at restaurants during dinner time.I am an extremely hard working, energetic person who doesn't stop until my body forces it to. I am a huge sports fan in which my whole classroom is decorated with a black and yellow, Pittsburgh Steelers theme. In fact, if I could wear my sports jerseys to work, I would. On the other hand, I love to shop, craft, dance, and bake.
