2005-2007 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Theology teacher (as well as a little 2nd grade Theology and 5th grade Science and Social Studies) at Santa Clara Catholic Academy in Dallas, TX.

2007-2019 7th and 8th grade Theology teacher at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School in Edina, MN.

2007-2019 Coordinator of 8th grade Peer Ministry team.

2016-2019 Coordinator of 8th grade Sacrament of Confirmation program.

I try to incorporate the following in my teaching:

- Making each lesson relevant to the everyday lives of the students I teach

Tommie of the Year at the University of St. Thomas. The “Tommie Award” is given to “the senior who, according to UST students, faculty and staff, best represents the ideals of St. Thomas Aquinas through scholarship, leadership, and campus involvement”.

“Work of the Heart Award” from the Catholic Foundation. This award is given to the “unsung heroes who deserve recognition for outstanding service and dedication”.

Dean’s List, every semester while at the University of Notre Dame, St. Mary of the Lake Seminary, and the University of St. Thomas.

Bachelor of Arts in Theology from The University of St. Thomas, MN. Minors in Catholic Studies and Youth and Family Ministry.

Completion of Pre-Theology program (studying mostly philosophy) while discerning the priesthood at University of St. Mary of the Lake Mundelein Seminary.

Master of Arts in Education from the University of Notre Dame through the ACE (Alliance for Catholic Education) program.
