I firmly believe that young children learn through play and personal experiences. As a teacher and educator, my role is to create a rich and stimulating environment, allowing my pupils the time and space to construct their own learning. I facilitate this learning process by planning activities and lessons based on the children's interests, asking thought-provoking questions that foster understanding, and actively engaging with the children during the activities. The environment plays a crucial role in my teaching philosophy. I organize my classroom to encourage collaboration, communication, and exploration. I use authentic materials and tools to spark the children's interests. I firmly believe that children learn best through hands-on activities, enabling them to experience new concepts with all their senses. In planning learning activities, I am mindful of all types of learners - visual, auditory, linguistic, and kinesthetic.
