TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've taught high school chemistry, writing, engineering, physics and algebra, and have tutored students from 1st grade through their GREs!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I like to make everything a game. Throughout the years, I've written and designed a lot of review games and I also tend to like having tons and tons of worksheets, practice quizzes, etc.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

some of those "greatest influence" awards, various grants (mostly so I could get more money to buy kits/labs/demo stuff for the classroom)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I'm a career educator who is also a career student, I have degrees in creative writing, education leadership and chemical engineering (not to mention a host of classes in everything from child psychology to neuroscience).

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I miss teaching full time, but continuing to create resources for students I tutor helps...
