TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I spent eight years as a School Librarian in a college-preparatory independent upper school. During my time in that role, I managed the IB Extended Essay program and taught Creative Writing as well as Public Speaking and Research Skills. I recently transitioned to homeschooling my 1st-grade daughter while I complete my dissertation for the Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have a student-centered teaching style whereby I engage students through Socratic discussions, interactive technologies, and project-based learning.
