I use different teaching styles to accommodate the learning styles of my students. I provide equity in my classroom to achieve the common core standards and to get what they need to succeed. My class is more on student-centered approach even when I taught online in our district. I served as a demonstrator using multimedia presentations, as a facilitator to develop students' deeper understanding of the topic, and as a delegator in break-out rooms or small groups with a "little teacher" assigned to each group.
