TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a middle school educator for 17+ years, 4 of those as a virtual teacher. I am also the parent of a homeschool/unschooler/virtual school student. I have taught Language Arts, Reading, Critical Thinking, Leadership, and Keyboarding/Intro to Computers.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I prefer to use real world and life experiences for learning, as well as incorporating as many subject areas as possible into a learning experience. Stopping to engage in a "teachable moment" is a great opportunity to learn something right when it can be used.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am a full time educator that also travels full time in an RV!
