I have taught in a small group autism and behavior classroom for 13 years. I have also mentored many wonderful teachers over the years.
I try to employ various learning styles so that learning can be experienced in various way. I tend to use quite a bit of visual and kinesthetic approaches since that usually works best for my students. I like to make sure that the learners have a concept down well and generalized and then build on that for the next concept.
