Hi there! I’m Ash James. I am a Christian wife, mother and home educator, though I have 20 years of professional and volunteer experience serving alongside and consulting for organizations of all sizes including nonprofits, associations, churches, faith-based organizations, colleges, universities, community development groups, social enterprises, charter schools and school systems. This expertise has included a wide variety of capacity building functions including grant writing and fund development, marketing and communications, social media, program management, training and leadership development, office administration, event planning, budget management, and strategic planning. With bachelor and master’s degrees in biblical studies and nonprofit leadership, and a PhD in Organizational Leadership progress, I have a passion for service that is filtered through a ministry and community lens. It is my goal to help build, equip and support faith, family, educational and community initiatives with tools and resources that empower people to lead better lives and secure sustainable futures.
