TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've done it all in the art world! I've been to elementary land, then jumped to high school, back to elementary land in another state, and finally living the middle school art teacher dream life! I have 13 years experience but I still don't have the answer for how to contain the glitter ;)

MY TEACHING STYLE

Any good art lesson has to capture your students' attention! If I find the lesson boring, I know my students do too... so I try to teach in a way that encourages learning, laughter, and the creative process! I work hard to find the most exciting and relevant art projects that I know my students will love!

Too many grants and awards to list! But at this point over $10,000 in grant money, multiple awards in district shows, community wide art projects, and drawers full of lovely notes from kiddos!
