TEACHING EXPERIENCE

As a mentor, tutor, mother, aunt, cousin, aunt, and friend to many people whom I have instructed, I utilize my traditional college education along with new skills, technologies, and experiences to provide education to and for all.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that all people are life-long learners. I apply this to my teaching by providing unique examples, challenging students to consider all of their options (even the VERY abstract), and encouraging them to utilize the greatest power we have, the ability to question.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I am a student of everything, and enjoy learning many things, including mathematics, music, dance, science, and spirituality. My formal education encompasses topics such as basic arithmetic, geometry, trigonometry, algebra, calculus, and so forth, but I have learned the most by tutoring and teaching my students concepts in multiple subjects.
