TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been working for 14 years. I have taught English, Science, and Social Studies to elementary school kids. I have also taught English as a Second Language. I love the feeling my students get when something "clicks" in their cute little brains! Their eyes light up and they walk up a little taller as if that piece of information allows them to solidify their place in this world. I want every teacher to experience that look in her/his students' eyes while teaching, and I want every student to get that feeling of excitement and giddiness while learning.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I enjoy that look kids get they finally understand something and they feel like they own the world with that piece of knowledge. Basically, that's my teaching style. I also like to mix it with lots of activities and hands-on projects whenever I introduce a new concept because it instills the idea even more and helps get through to all the students because each kid has his/her own learning technique.
