Yearbook Management and Grading Materials

Managing and grading yearbook is a challenge whether you are a veteran or a brand new adviser. I have been advising for 14 years, and while I'm constantly tweaking things, I have hit on a method for managing my staff and grading the class, that makes my life a lot easier. These are things that I wished someone had given me when I first started.
