Surface and Groundwater - Flipchart Presentation

This flipchart presentation explores groundwater and surface water. More specifically, the following concepts are discussed: importance to humans, a few statistics regarding Earth's water, groundwater zones (aeration, saturation, water table, aquifers, etc.), purification as it passes through the soil, and watersheds/drainage basins. There are a total of 101 slides. Some of the slides contain information, nearly all contain images related to the vocabulary terms, there are several relevant video files mixed throughout, links to interactives online, as well as a few review questions or turn-and-talk slides with images to check for understanding.

This was designed for 7th grade, but I think it can appropriately be used in 5th though 10th depending on your standards.
