Description

REAL-WORLD PROJECT that you can begin in the classroom and then let the students themselves apply outside of the classroom!

This service project was created in honor of Dr. King’s “Six Steps of Nonviolent Social Change” published in 1963 in “Letter from Birmingham Jail.”

**Works great for individual, partner, and group activities!

**Engages students by encouraging creativity and leadership through service!

**Perfect opportunity for exciting student presentations!

**Lends itself to unlimited, purposeful student discussion!

-Vocabulary practice

-Note-taking classroom activity (Print and use Page 4 for a blank note page that students can fill out through class discussion OR print and use Page 12 for a completed note page that's ready to hand out!)
