Salsa Competition!

World Languages Curriculum brings you a communicative activity that will freshen the tired face of the ever-popular "Food / Culture Day." In a three-mode (interpretive, interpersonal, presentational) learning experience that could be adapted as an IPA, students use authentic resources (culinary realia) to explore salsa making! Included: learning targets & success criteria, ACTFL standards alignment (specific to Colorado World Languages Standards' evidence outcomes), activities for each mode of communication, an interpretive task sheet, links to specific authentic resources and references.
