Progress Monitoring Behavior Point Sheet (Elementary School)

A plug and play Google Sheets file crafted to cover 9 weeks of instruction in an Elementary School Setting.

Each day is separated into 15 total periods to allow for maximum flexibility in regards to classroom schedule. Each period is broken up into 5 separate expectations/classroom rules that students are expected to follow. As you fill out each cell, the sheet will automatically graph all of the data for you broken up by period, week, and quarter making progress monitoring a breeze! Each graph also includes a trendline to indicate whether the targeted behaviors are increasing or decreasing over time.

If you do not need all 15 periods, or do not need all 5 expectations, simply black out those cells and they will not tracked within the graphs (just make sure to update the "Possible Points" cell for each day as it is preprogrammed to include all 15 periods and all 5 expectations).
