A Readers Theatre script for the Presidents of the United States. This is a funny and fact-filled script that involves seven presidents. Washington, Nixon, Adams, Kennedy, FDR, Madison, and John Adams. The dialogue bounces back and forth, with each president declaring himself “the greatest,” but in the end they all humble themselves and come to an agreement.

Perfect for 8th through 12 grades. 8 characters, including a moderator. The play lasts about five to ten minutes. Included are 11 questions for the class, based on the script, with some questions requiring extra research. By teacher and playwright John Glass.
