Description
Teaching nutrition to children early and often is the key to developing healthy eating habits. This nutrition unit is packed with ideas that empower children to understand why we need food, evaluate nutrition information, and make smart food choices.
This unit contains 4 lessons. Each lesson includes an evidence based color and find reading passage (Lexia 690-780) and activity. The unit was created to teach in order but can be used alongside other nutrition lessons.
