*In order to make edits to this document, you need to make your own copy first. Then you can edit out anything you would like. (Ie: my bitmojis or any personal touches you do not care for.)

*The year is already set up for you, and grouped together in thematic units. You can simply use this product as is OR you can swap out items for different activities. (There are a TON of activities at the end of the slide deck.) Please take notice that many of the activities are quite rigorous, and will need modifications to fit a collaborative setting. As well as being mapped out for the year, the last slides list activities by grade level, if you just want to have a vault or bank of all of the activities. You can choose how you want to use this product, and tailor it to suit your needs. Because my syllabus is not editable, I have included a blank syllabus template you can use! :) (I also left the spring writing prompts blank, as these are usually specific to state testing)

*Please understand that all activities are already embedded with the url modification to force a copy. This is extremely helpful for your students. If you want to change this feature in YOUR slides, simply make your own copy, change the sharing settings, and place your copy where the original existed.

*The last couple of slides is where you will find answer keys, classroom management materials, and additional activities and assignments. Please check these slides, as they contain over $350.00 in freebies!

*While this is ready for all grade levels, I understand you may only be teaching one or two. Feel free to use materials from other grades to supplement or modify for your collaborative, honors, or AP students.

*Do you have a required LMS? No problem, just copy and paste each slide(s)  into a module for the week and you are ready to go!

*The portfolio template slides are used to create a running log for students to turn in their assignments. I set these up with students at the start of the year, and they keep them throughout the entire year, turning in all work on these slides.

*I have purposely left the “watch this video for more information” links blank so you can insert videos of yourself in this location.

*The clock on the wall contains a twenty minute timer, and the books on the shelves are all links to the online available texts. As links are always changing, these may need updating periodically.

*There is a link to my Back to School night located on my computer screen on slide 2.

*I place additional notes/comments in the note section on the slides. Edit these to reflect your own announcements.

*This document is aligned to the Virginia Standards of Learning and aligns similarly to the Common Core Standards.
