Human Body System Project

This 2-3 class period activity focuses on students researching one body system of their choice. This free choice project is an engaging way to enter into the study of the human body. The purpose of this activity is for students to understand that every system in our body has a structure and a function. All of the parts of the system help the system function properly. Another important part of this project is to have students make connections between systems in the body that are interdependent. Nothing in the body works alone. I have included the planning sheet, rubric and final capture sheet for students.
