Description

Strength Cycle for High School lifting class. This 4 week cycle is to build strength at the start of the year. This is a 5 day per week plan that runs 50 minute classes. Modify the days to fit block scheduling.


Warmups not listed- used FREAK SPEED if you need an extensive warmup routine.
