This 22 page “Healthy Habits” adapted book includes content such as exercise, healthy eating, bathing, washing hands, going to the dentist and doctor, brushing teeth, and sleep. Each page has 2-3 informative sentences with a picture. After each page, there is a “Wh” question page with an area for 3 picture choice icons. Students will choose the correct picture icon to fill in the blank in a sentence that answers the question.
Students should be encouraged to use their primary mode of communication to “read” the sentence after creating it.
