Feelings and Emotions Bulletin Board

I hold morning meetings where we set the theme for our day. We also address Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Many students come with mixed emotions to school and don't know how to identify them. They also do not know how to deal with them. I made these to see the different shades of feelings and also to let them know they can choose to focus on these feelings and obsess and make them worse, or deal with them and let them go. These really help my students identify what they are and we talk through them. Also I use these when students have problems with their peers. We talk about the situation and how that made them feel. This helps them to deal with their feelings and also clear up and resolve problems.

Furthermore it is a language standard for all grade levels and enhanced their vocabulary development. I also helps with social emotional education.
