Description
These forms can be used for almost anything having to do with displaying data in a visual form. I've included the most popular graphs and tables used in elementary school. All templates below come in a PDF and a PNG. You can use the PNG to edit the graphs and charts in PowerPoint by using text boxes.
Pie Charts
There are 7 options for pie charts (2 to 9 categories).
Line Plots
There are 4 options for line plots: 5 lines, 7 lines, 13 lines, 18 lines.
Pictographs
There are 5 options for pictographs (2 to 7 categories).
Tally Tables
There are 5 options for tally tables (2 to 7 categories).
Bar Graphs
There are 14 options for bar graphs (2 to 9 categories and with or without guide lines).
Line Graphs
There are 14 options for line graphs (2 to 9 categories and with or without guide lines).
I made these graphs as a companion for the glyphs found on my store! Check them out! They provide a fun way in which to incorporate graphing and data collection into the classroom. Students love to make them and they are a great graphing activity for BACK TO SCHOOL!
