Description
Have students practice curve of best fit and analyze real-life graphs at the same time! There are a series of 6 different real-life graphs, either exponential or quadratic, for students to analyze. Students must:
- identify the family of functions
- fill in a table using the graph
- find the curve of best fit (instructions are given for using the TI-84 or Desmos)
- apply the curve of best fit
- answer an opinion question
I personally love these real-life activities with opinion questions because I get to learn what my students believe about important matters!
Included are a PDF and Word version so you can make any edits you see fit!
