Committee Blueprint | Event Planning Guide | Student Council ASB Leadership

This document guides students while they are making a plan for any event. It helps them think through all the details and make sure they have time to get everything done. There are also spaces to ensure that the teacher/advisor is kept up to date with their ideas.

I typically do the first event of the year whole-class & model how to use this blueprint. Then for the rest of the school year, I give the chair this document (or assign them a digital version on Google Classroom). The chair uses the blueprint to guide their brainstorming & to delegate tasks.
