Description

Use the Wonder Words to teach what questions to ask during a close read.Cover most of the Speaking & Listening Standards by asking and answering questions during collaborative conversations about a literature piece. Cover most of the CC Literature standards by teaching students what questions to ask when identifying key details in a story. Encourage students to write detailed sentences using the Wonder Words. Teach them the purpose and how to spell the wonder words with familiar song tunes.
