Description

This is a nightly homework assignment designed for Calculus III class. It includes double integral problems that all require a polar coordinate transformation to solve. This problem set includes one of my favorite problems I teach in Calculus III, i.e. the one where students are asked to prove that the double integral over the real plane of the Gaussian surface is equivalent to pi.

The assignment comes with detailed solutions in the same pdf so you may have to use a free website like pdfescape to split the solutions from the homework assignment.
