Description

This is a product I have used in both my upper elementary and middle school classes. As students complete their draft, they look for a peer to edit and provide feedback. This form gives them the structure. In English, you tell students "you have a peer TAG your paper". In Spanish, you tell students "Despúes de escribir un borrador, lo DAS a un compañero de clase". As a teacher, I have them turn these forms in with their final draft so that I can see how they conferenced and how they incorporated the feedback they received. In turn, this is also the same form I use to give students feedback as they draft and develop their writing during conferences with me as well.
