Alphabet and Number Testing

I created these sheets to keep track of the letters, words, and numbers that students have passed off in testing. I have a parent sign up for each of my classes to have students tell tehm the letters, numbers, and words. Parents simply underline the ones the student gets correct.
Includes:
*Upper Case Letters
*Lower Case Letters
*Letter sounds (includes sh, th, ch)
*Numbers (2 pages one with rote counting and 1:1 counting and one without)
*High Frequency Words
*Blending (3 phoneme words)
*Instruction sheet

I have added an Excel tracking sheet for each assessment sheet. Simply add your students and then type a 1 for correct or 0 for incorrect. You can see at a glance what letters, sounds, numbers and words you need to focus more on or easily pull a group to work on skills kids need. I haven't used the tracking sheet yet but plan to use it when school starts, if you find an error before I do please let me know so I can correct it.
