1-12th Grade Writing Progress Monitoring Template

This Excel spreadsheet measures and graphs progress using curriculum based measures. It can be used to measure progress in RtI or special education and the names of the measures can easily be changed to fit whatever measures you are currently using for this purpose, even teacher made tests and rubrics. All information from the spreadsheets is automatically linked to each individual student's graph. Each graph features a goal line based upon a rate of improvement formula and a trendline. The spreadsheets automatically adjust the goal and the rate of improvement for each measure simply by typing in the goal for each test and the student's baseline score.
