Description

Teach counting to 10 with self-checking EASEL! A fun interactive idea for developing counting and cardinality skills. Your students will have so much fun on their digital devices using this interactive counting resource. Help your students build number sense.

This resource includes 2 files a self-checking EASEL Activity AND an EASEL assessment.

The self-checking Easel activity gives your students practice counting up to ten buttons and dragging the movable piece to the correct number.

The EASEL assessment gives your students a self-checking assessment. You can use the assessment as a pre and post-assessment. This is an easy way to progress monitor. Each slide is self-checking. Your students will count the objects and identify the number. If the student makes a mistake the slide shows the student their answer and the correct answer. You will have access to the data from their assessment.

What is EASEL?

Easel is a new digital platform designed by TPT for schools. Students access activities and assessments that are “played” on the EASEL platform. You access the platform through your TPT account

How do you assign EASEL?

Easel activities and assessments are played on the EASEL platform.

You can access your lesson from inside your TPT account.

Once you are inside your account click “assign and review” at the top brown bar.

Next, click the blue assign button on the top right.

You have the option to share on Google Classroom, choose your class, and create the assignment.

Or you can choose the option to “generate link”. You may be asked to confirm your school name and school email.

Next copy the link and paste it into the learning management system you use or in a direct email to your students.
