December/Christmas/Winter Journal Writing Prompt Booklet
This is a 7 page booklet that features two journal entries on each page. The first is a title page, so there are 12 writing prompts. Each page has several lines for a student response, as well as a box to draw a picture of the journal entries.
These half sheets are to be cut out and given to students one at a time. At the end of the month, just before break, I like to punch holes and bind the journals for students to keep as a momento.

I used this 1 page activity with small groups of two students. The students roll the dice to fill in the mixed number fraction boxes and then they worked through completing the calculations. Student groups can also trade their sheet with another group for calculation completion. Editable Toilet Passes
These pink and blue toilet passes will help keep track of who has been during the day. I'm finding my 3rd graders are needing to go all the time and it's driving me nuts. So from now on they get one free pass to the toilet and if they have to go again during the day they'll owe time.
