This is a game that both me and my learners found really memorable. Through this game, my learners were able to experience different leadership styles and its impacts in a very tangible way. The reflection on the importance of good group dynamics and collaboration was so rich post-lesson because they were able to observe what was going on in their group and what was going on in other groups. 10/10 lesson I'd definitely want to keep refining and improving on over time.
