As a mentor-teacher, one of my items that is most requsted to share is my syllabus. This is a basic template of my syllabus that can be used and changed to suit your needs.
It includes areas for teacher contacts, rules, supplies, info about the teacher, course outline, expectations, a motivational quote, and a place for parents to sign and give photo release and contact information - all in an exciting Newsletter format that is just 2 pages. (I print it front/back on a single sheet of paper.)

Students will be held accountable for their learning with these two rubrics! One presents clear expectations for homework, while the other presents clear expectations for classwork participation.
