Weekly Sticky Notes
Print on your own sticky notes! Use any color or brand of 3X3 sticky notes. Print a copy of the page and then place your sticky notes where the boxes indicate. Then just put the page through your printer. (You may find it's easier to use a bypass tray if your printer has one.) It's as easy as that!

Fractions to Decimals Monitoring Chart
Use this monitoring chart to document students' understanding. Write notes about how students are grasping the concept, what strategies they are using, and what support they may need.
