Word Document-I created this notes template for my middle school math classes to teach them important note taking skills. It is designed in the Cornell Two Column Note style, however has some specific requirements I feel are important for my classes. It includes a field for students to record the Demonstration of Learning for the lesson as well as the Big Idea. It contains two columns including one page with graph paper. At the bottom it allows space for students to write a summary of the lesson
