I made this for some of my ASD friends who cope by counting things and sequencing events. This helps with mindfulness and grounding as well for people with ADHD. Additionally, it is a great alternative to using an electronic device. There are counting exercises for waiting at the doctor's office, dental office, speech and ABA therapy, physical therapy, the bus stop, IEP/ISP meetings, Zoom meetings, waiting in line at the grocery store and pharmacy, etc.
