This is a poster containing all the elements of CHAMPS for a school hallway. The files were made in publisher and are editable, but can also be downloaded as a PDF. Each page is printed on a legal size piece of paper and can be put up just like that or glued to a larger poster or poster sized piece of butcher paper. This is a printable hall pass. It is intended to be copied for individual use! Simply check a few boxes and send your student on an errand or to the nurse. There is a space for the time departed and the time sent back to prevent "wandering" in the hallways. This pass helps manage student accountability and is quick to fill out so you don't lose valuable teaching time on paperwork!
