Student Behavior - Think Sheets: Distance Learning Compatible
Want to help your students become more accountable for their choices and behaviors? This may be a great tool for your classroom! When students exhibit bad behaviors or choices they can take time by themselves to fill out this "Think Sheet". The sheet is then signed by parents and returned to school the following day. Two versions of this page are included. One page is for primary students, the other is for intermediate students.

I developed this when my high school Life Skills class had difficulty with gossiping. They often did not realize when they were gossiping, and needed some help to process it.
