I created this Think Sheet for our staff to use. We make copies of the Think Sheet to keep on hand.
We copied pages 2/3 in a front/back method and laminated them. We only needed one per classroom. Individual Behavior Chart -Editable
I had a few students that really needed some more motivation to behave! I also needed to keep documentation for my RTI folder with a few of my little guys. I came up with this plan to document each part of our day. If one of my students got ALL happy faces they would go home with a sticker and a chart that said "Good Day Today!" Kindness Notecards
My co-counselor and I printed these off on colored paper, cut them out, and hung them on the wall of the lunchroom. As students walked by, they could unclip one and keep it or give it someone. All week, students were so excited to give them to their families, their teachers, admin, and one another. It was a sweet week!

Think Sheet Level 2 (Behavior Reflection, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3)
Use this reflection tool with students after causing a disturbance to resolve interpersonal student conflicts. Put this in your calm down corner or use when conferencing with a student to guide reflection.
