Going to the Bathroom Social Story
Sometimes our kiddos have difficulty knowing when to use the bathroom or how to use the bathroom when potty training. Sometimes they are actually scared to use the bathroom and need a little extra help. This little social story has helped my students decrease bathroom anxiety and increase independent toileting skills at school.

Drug Education Team Research Project
This is a low-maintenance Drug Education Research Project that allows students to explore, create, analyze and present. This is a 5-6 day project allows the teacher freedom to help students as needed as well as do all the grading in class as groups present. The lesson is based on National and State Health Education standards. I have been doing this for 13 years with both middle school and high school classes!

Greetings Chart - SEL Activity for General and Special Education Classrooms
I use this as a part of my students' Socio-Emotional Learning. This encourages social interaction within students, paraeducators, and teachers. They are asked to choose which greeting would they like to share for the day, and greets their elbow partners and paraeducators within the table.
