Student Mandala Project and Essay for the avid learner l College Elective Class
This no-prep, fun and engaging Mandala Project will have AVID students creating an artistic mandala and writing an essay about themselves. Students in the AVID elective will practice introspection and writing skills. This is a great AVID project for any grade level, or any college and career readiness class. The whole project took at least a couple weeks, with the creating of the mandalas, sharing them, writing the essays, proofreading, typing, etc. My AVID students loved this assignment, and
