AWESOME & VIBRANT resource for one (among many) of my favorite books and authors - "The Hat" by Jan Brett! 13 target slides with focus on setting/season, short answers, sequencing (first, second, third, next, last), Where & Who questions, defining vocabulary words, and recalling details. Students can draw a line connecting, circle, or move the answer over to the character/sock (on those designated slides). Enjoy!

This activity is drafted from the longer version of the story. Students can draw a line connecting, circle, or move the answer over to the character/mitten (on those designated slides). Enjoy!

SUMMER - Pete Goes Camping!!
FUN activity to pair with the book by James Dean! 12 target slides focusing on recalling details, identifying emotions, WH questions, sequencing, and inference. Students move the answer into the shape next to Pete on most of the slides. Two slides have the students circle the associated answers and one is a fill-in-the-blank. Enjoy!!
