To use these cards as a warm up: cut cards and place them in fitness dice. Have students roll one die for number of repetitions and one for the activity. These cards can also be used as a "penalty" in knock out type games. Spread the cards in designated fitness areas in the gymnasium. Students must complete one round of the designated activity before returning to the game.
