In this presentation, students will choose from a list of different Native American tribes. The list is linked on the first page of the presentation. Using the rubric, students will then find the information using the website and insert the correct findings on the google presentation. This will include the roles of the males/females. Three Star Question Criteria
This document lists the criteria for different levels of questioning. Students in my class generate questions based on what they have read or learned using this criteria as a guide. With some practice, students are able to ask higher level questions that lead to more in depth discussions. Often I have students generate questions as a "ticket out of class". I will use these questions to review and to continue discussion on a topic during the next class.
