It is a wonderful activity to have on hand for enrichment, and most local newspapers will deliver free to schools if you request papers for your class. Primary GATE -- AIR! Active, Creative, Academic, and Hands-on!
I am always trying to figure out what to do with my little primary groups, and this unit was a definite hit with my kindergartners. It would work well with 1st grade too or the regular 2nd grade classroom. The full unit contains more than 2 hours of contact time.
